Burnout Support Program: Fall 2025 ❤️🔥
Signups open until 26 Aug
Due to positive feedback and demand, we’re hosting a second cohort of the Burnout Support Program this Fall. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know how to move forward, join our small, safe, and super flexible 2 month program with a mix of 1:1 and group support. It’s guided by an expert psychotherapist and a mom who’s been through it. Sign up before 26 August, and feel free to reply to this email if you need more details.

It’s specifically designed for 1–5 year olds, with arts & crafts, music & movement, and a toy & clothes swap — everything to keep your toddler happy. Afternoon Puppet Theater with Erik van Ophem

This free, whimsical, 30-minute puppet show by Erik van Ophem is perfect for young children. His regular performance across the city brings him to De Hallen this month; check the link above for more dates and locations in September and beyond.

Circus performances and workshops, colorful spectacles, and more; really a ton for even the smallest babies to take in! Wateryoga at the Maritime Museum

Perfect for parents and todlers (ages 2-6), the session has you and your baby diving into a wave, rocking like a boat, and dancing like seaweed. Weather permitting, this program takes place outside on the jetty. Free with Museumkaart.
